Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must contact us first at roseinarchive@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Vintage & Second-Hand Item Disclaimer
Please note that our products are second-hand and vintage collectibles. As such, they may exhibit signs of previous wear, minor stains, dust, or natural aging. We do our best to photograph and clearly disclose any significant flaws in the product description. Additionally, actual product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting or monitor settings. We kindly ask that you understand the nature of vintage/used items before making a purchase.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged from shipping, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that we do not accept returns for minor pre-existing wear or flaws that were already disclosed in the product description.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discount items, sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Since most of our items are unique, one-of-a-kind second-hand pieces, we cannot offer exchanges for a new item. If a return is accepted due to an eligible issue, we will process a full refund instead.


European Union 14-Day Return Policy
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receipt. You must contact us first to initiate the return process, and we will provide you with the return shipping address. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
