Shipping policy

Welcome to Rosein Archive. To ensure the best shopping experience, please review our shipping guidelines and policies for both domestic and international orders:

1. Handling Time

 Since most of our products are unique second-hand items and vintage collectibles, they require meticulous inspection and secure packaging. Please allow 1-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for us to process and pack your order after payment confirmation.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within Thailand)

 Carriers: Delivered via Thailand Post (EMS) or leading domestic couriers (e.g., Flash Express, Kerry Express).

 Delivery Time: Approximately 1-3 business days once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

 Shipping Fees: Calculated based on the package weight, dimensions, and will be displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping (Worldwide)

We are happy to ship our curated archive pieces to collectors worldwide:

 Carriers: Shipped via Thailand Post International (ePacket / EMS World) or international express couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx), depending on the option selected at checkout.

 Estimated Delivery Time:

 Standard Shipping: 7-21 business days.

 Express Shipping: 3-14 business days.

 (Please note that delivery times are estimates and delays may occur due to customs processing in the destination country).

Important Note on Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs clearance fees regulations determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid entirely by the customer (buyer). Rosein Archive has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

4. Order Tracking

 Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing a Tracking Number will be sent to you, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

 As stated in our Terms of Service, once the product is transferred to the carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you.

 If your package arrives damaged from shipping, please contact us immediately at roseinarchive@gmail.com with an unedited unboxing video. We will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
